Cranberry Pumpkin Bread

1 ¾ cups flour

1 cup sugar

2 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp allspice

1 cup pumpkin

½ cup oil

2 eggs

1 ½ cups fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped

Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl and mix. Combine remaining ingredients, except cranberries in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are moist. Stir in cranberries. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350˚ for 1 ½ hours, or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack.
