3 cups old fashioned oats

1 tsp salt

1/4 cup hemp seeds, sesame seeds, or chia seeds

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup olive oil

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Transfer to a large baking sheet or 9 x 12 rectangular pan and spread out in an even layer. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden browned. Cool completely before storing.
