Kathy's Spicy Pork Chili

This is great plain or in tortillas or cooked under a layer of Jiffy corn bread.

1 ½ lb pork, trimmed and cut in 1 ½" cubes

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can corn, drained

1 can pinto beans, drained

1 can kidney beans, drained

1 can diced tomatoes with chilies

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

1 TB chili seasoning

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp paprika

2 TB parsley, chopped

Stir all together in crock pot and cook on low for 8 hrs OR cook in dutch oven at 300˚ about 4 hours.
