Yorkshire Pudding

1/3–1/2 cup roast beef pan drippings

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup flour

3/4 tsp salt

When roast beef is done, set aside to rest, turn oven up to 400°. Mix flour and salt and add milk gradually to form a smooth paste. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes with egg beater (who has one of these? - a whisk will do). Pour about 1 TB of pan drippings into muffin tins and put into oven to heat up. When hot, pour batter into each tin and bake about 20 minutes, or until puffed and brown. Serve with gravy.
